Apps · Product design · Build
Products designed and built, end to end.
From a luxury property sales suite to global pharma tooling and a children's wellbeing platform: what each one does, and what it looks like doing it.
iOS app · Luxury property sales
9 Millbank
A pocket sales suite for a landmark Westminster development. Every apartment, plan and film in a buyer's hand.
Designed as the digital companion to a prime London residential launch, the app carries the full sales experience: two schemes explored room by room, live apartment availability, interactive floor plans and a rich media centre, all wrapped in the development's quietly luxurious identity.
Availability search
Buyers filter by scheme, beds, price and floor, then save apartments to a shortlist that follows them through the app.
Apartment types & plans
Each apartment type pairs room-by-room photography with floor plans, full dimensions and hotspot walkthroughs.
Interactive masterplan
Floor-by-floor plan navigation across the development, from penthouse to ground.
Media centre & AR brochure
Films, galleries and an augmented-reality brochure, with multi-language support for international buyers.

Subscription platform · Children's wellbeing
The Happy Confident Club
A subscription members club for families: hundreds of clinician-approved activities, 200+ short videos and expert-led webinars, trusted by over 400,000 families.
The Happy Confident Company exists to make mental and emotional wellbeing a universal right for children, not a privilege. The Club is the heart of that mission digitally: a members platform where families explore activities by theme, watch HCM TV courses and join live expert webinars. Built on a headless platform with a design system that unifies the Club, ecommerce and schools, with strategy led end to end.
Explore by theme
Anger, anxiety, confidence, friendships, gratitude: hundreds of activities organised around the feelings families actually navigate.
HCM TV & courses
Over 200 short videos and the Happy Confident Me Life Skills course, streamed in the Club and on the big screen at home.
Webinars & expert advice
Live sessions and replays with clinicians and parenting specialists, with quick solutions members can use the same day.
One platform core
Club and Schools run on the same content platform and design system, so every resource ships to both from a single change.

Native iOS · Global pharma
GSK
A single source of truth for global drug availability, replacing dozens of spreadsheets with one trusted native app.
At any moment GSK has thousands of products moving through regulatory and commercial pipelines across dozens of territories. That answer used to live in spreadsheets maintained by different teams in different regions, with no version anyone fully trusted. We built a native iOS application with a data layer that ingests, normalises and presents complex multi-territory pharmaceutical data, for someone checking it between meetings, not just the person who built the database.
Multi-territory data model
Different approval statuses, naming conventions, timelines and rules per market, normalised without collapsing into exceptions and workarounds.
Enterprise-grade iOS
Security, compliance, device management and authentication to GSK's enterprise requirements, without compromising speed or usability.
Offline capability
Current data in regions with unreliable connectivity. Regional managers walk into any meeting with the latest picture.
Built to scale
Architected for new territories and product lines coming online, not a tool the business outgrows by the next planning cycle.

Finance app · Scenario modelling
Horizon
A cash-flow cockpit for a small studio: pipeline, spend and dividends projected months ahead, under any scenario.
Spreadsheet forecasts rot. Horizon keeps a studio's income, expenses, pipeline and planned spend in one model, projects the cash position forward, and answers the questions that matter: what happens if that deal slips, and when is it safe to draw down?
Cash projection
Recurring income and spend roll forward into a monthly cash position, with actuals reconciled as they land.
Scenario modelling
Base, upside and downside scenarios diverge from today. Pipeline probability and planned spend flow through each.
Pipeline to forecast
Deals carry value, probability and expected close, feeding the projection the moment they change.
AI SaaS · Healthtech validation
First, Do
An AI adviser that walks clinicians from idea to investable healthtech proposition. No consultants required.
Clinicians have ideas; navigating regulation, evidence and market sizing is what stalls them. First, Do runs a structured AI-guided conversation that researches the concept, maps the regulatory pathway and returns a scored readiness report with a concrete action plan. Exportable, shareable and priced far below a consultancy.
Guided validation engine
A phased conversation state machine gathers the concept, then researches competitors, evidence and pathways automatically.
Scored readiness report
Clinical evidence, regulatory, market and funding readiness each scored with reasoning. One number for the whole proposition.
Regulatory mapping
The relevant UK pathway, from device classification to DTAC and clinical-safety standards, identified and turned into steps.
Share & export
Reports export to PDF and share by link, ready for co-founders, trusts and investors.
Software influencing clinical referral decisions is likely UKCA Class IIa. Expect DTAC as the commissioning gate and clinical-safety documentation (DCB 0129/0160) before any trust pilot.
